Pioneer Charter School of Science II (PCSS II) is seeking a passionate and committed Varsity Track & Field Head Coach to lead both the boys' and girls' track programs for the upcoming season. The coach will be responsible for designing and delivering effective practices, mentoring student-athletes, promoting a team culture rooted in respect and accountability, and preparing the team for competition.
The ideal candidate will bring energy, integrity, and a strong understanding of both athletic development and student leadership.

Minimum Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
● Ability to build strong, positive relationships with high school students
● Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
● Commitment to creating a safe and respectful environment for all athletes
● Passion for working with students of varying skill levels to foster growth and achievement
Preferred Experience
● Prior coaching and/or competitive track or distance running experience
● Experience working with high school students or youth in a coaching or educational capacity
