Varsity Head Boys Basketball Coach at Xaverian Brothers High School

Qualifications Required:

Understanding of and appreciation for Xaverian, and support for our Catholic identity and mission as a Xaverian Brothers Sponsored School.

Knowledge of educational athletics, particularly at the high school level.

Appreciation for the appropriate place of athletics, especially in the overall development of adolescents.

Prior experience coaching basketball at the high school (or higher) level.

In-depth knowledge of all components associated with a high school basketball program, including the college recruitment process.

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with various constituent groups, including student athletes, colleagues, parents, and community members.

A proven communicator, with skills in oral, written, and electronic communications.

Experience in a school setting is preferred, although not required.
