Job Start Date: August 13, 2025
Central Catholic is currently looking for a HEAD COACH for the GIRLS Swim and Dive program. The CCHS Girls Swim and Dive team competes in the FALL season of the MIAA.
This coach will be responsible for the development and implementation of successful training programs for theCCHS swim and dive team and ensuring the safety and well-being of student-athletes during practices and competitions. The head coach will oversee all assistant coaches as well as manage team related administrative tasks and communication with families and the leadership of Central Catholic High School and its athletic programs.
Job Requirements
Experience as a competitive swim coach at the high school or college level.
Must possess successful and effective coaching techniques and skills.
Must possess a thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies and techniques of the sport.
Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, families and students.
