Job Description
Job Start Date: March 16, 2026
Teach and Model Core Values: Inspire students to practice honesty, compassion, and respect through sportsmanship, teamwork, and perseverance.
Plan and Lead Practices: Oversee daily practices (various times, typically from 3:00-4:25 pm), teaching lacrosse techniques, strategies, and self-care to support physical and mental development.
Mentor Student-Athletes: Develop relationships with students to build their confidence, resilience, and leadership skills both on and off the field.
Collaborate with Assistant Coach: Coordinate player rotations, design and run training plans, and oversee equipment and field preparation.
Ensure Safety: Supervise students during practice sessions and competitions.
Drive Team Transportation: Occasionally, transport students to and from games in a school van.
Schedule

Job Requirements
Prior experience coaching lacrosse or equivalent experience as a competitive lacrosse player.
Strong understanding of lacrosse technique and game preparation.
Enthusiasm for working with middle school students and fostering their growth.
Ability to build meaningful relationships and promote a positive, inclusive team culture.
Active and valid driver’s license.
Successful completion of a criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of coaching experience.
Lacrosse experience at the collegiate level.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
