Malden Catholic High School – Varsity Boys Golf Coach Opening (2025-2026)

Malden Catholic High School is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Varsity Boys Golf Coach for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will possess prior successful head coaching experience and demonstrate the leadership and organizational skills necessary to oversee all levels of the program.
Qualifications:

Proven ability to lead a comprehensive golf program that supports student-athletes in both athletic and academic development.

Prior coaching and/or playing experience required.

Commitment to building a positive team culture with strong leadership and high-level organizational skills.

Strong communication skills with athletes, families, assistant coaches, school administrators, and the broader community.

Demonstrated success in developing student-athletes on and off the field.

Ability to manage and mentor players across all levels to ensure a cohesive and successful program.

Foster a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment for all student-athletes.

Passion for contributing to the Malden Catholic brand and mission across grades 7–12.

Knowledge of golf development strategy, player development, program structure, and team-building fundamentals.
