Malden Catholic High School – Freshman Baseball Coach Opening (2025-2026)
Malden Catholic High School is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Baseball Coach for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will possess prior successful coaching experience and demonstrate the leadership and organizational skills necessary to oversee all freshman or 7th & 8th Grade teams.

Qualifications:
Proven ability to lead a comprehensive baseball program that supports student-athletes in both athletic and academic development.
Prior baseball coaching and/or playing experience required.
Commitment to building a positive team culture with strong leadership and high-level organizational skills.
Strong communication skills with athletes, families, assistant coaches, school administrators, and the broader community.
Demonstrated success in developing student-athletes on and off the field.
Ability to manage and mentor players across all levels to ensure a cohesive and successful program.
Foster a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment for all student-athletes.
Passion for contributing to the Malden Catholic brand and mission across grades 7–12.
Knowledge of baseball strategy, player development, program structure, and team-building fundamentals.
