Job Start Date: April 19, 2025

Position Overview:
The Offensive Coordinator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading all aspects of the offensive game plan. This includes developing offensive strategies, coaching players, managing the offensive coaching staff, and working closely with the Head Coach and other members of the coaching staff to ensure a cohesive, disciplined, and competitive program. The ideal candidate will not only have a deep understanding of offensive football strategies but will also be passionate about cultivating a strong team culture that emphasizes hard work, respect, and personal growth.

Key responsibilities of the Offensive Coordinator will include, but are not limited to, Offensive game planning, developing and implementing and offensive playbook that aligns with our current student athletes' skillsets. Coaching and development of our players technical skills and leading our positional coaches. Make in game adjustments based on defensive schemes and situational needs. Reviewing game film and breaking down opponents' defensive strategies. Work closely with the rest of the coaching staff to align offensive strategies with the defensive and special teams plans. Help with practice planning, scheduling and team meetings. Most importantly, become a mentor to our student athletes.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
Experience: High school coaching experience, with a strong background in offensive football strategies.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate players, as well as communicate effectively with the coaching staff and administration.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Commitment: Willingness to work evenings and weekends for practices, games, and events. Ability to commit to the full football season.

Background Check: Successful completion of a background check in accordance with school policy.
