JV Girls Lacrosse Head Coach at Northbridge Athletics

Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of the Girls JV Lacrosse program, including planning and conducting practices, game preparation, and in-game coaching.

Teach fundamental basketball skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and competitive strategies.

Promote academic success, character development, and positive conduct among student-athletes.

Communicate effectively with players, parents, athletic staff, and school administration.

Assist the varsity coaching staff with program development, scheduling, and coordination as needed.

Ensure compliance with school, league, and state athletic association rules and policies.

Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all athletes.
