Head Track & Field Coach - Spring Season at Saint John's High School

Understanding of and appreciation for Saint John’s, and support for our Catholic identity and mission as a Xaverian Brothers Sponsored School.
Knowledge of educational athletics, particularly at the high school level
Appreciation for the appropriate place of athletics, especially in the overall development of adolescent student-athletes
Previous Track & Field coaching experience at the high school (or higher) level
In-depth knowledge of all components associated with a high school Track & Field program, including the college recruitment process
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with various constituent groups, including student-athletes, colleagues, parents, and community members
A proven communicator, with skills in oral, written, and electronic communication
Experience in a school setting is preferred, although not required
