Head Softball Coach at Rockport Middle High School

Qualifications:
Proven ability to lead a comprehensive baseball program that supports student-athletes in both athletic and academic development.
Prior softball coaching and/or playing experience required.
Commitment to building a positive team culture with strong leadership and high-level organizational skills.
Strong communication skills with athletes, families, assistant coaches, school administrators, and the broader community.
Demonstrated success in developing student-athletes on and off the field.
Ability to manage and mentor players across all levels to ensure a cohesive and successful program.
Foster a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment for all student-athletes.
Knowledge of softball strategy, player development, program structure, and team-building fundamentals.
