Prior coaching and/or playing experience required.
Commitment to building a positive team culture with strong leadership and high-level organizational skills.
Strong communication skills with athletes, families, assistant coaches, school administrators, and the community.
Demonstrated success in developing student-athletes on and off the field.
Ability to manage and mentor players across all levels to ensure a cohesive and successful program.
