Malden Catholic High School is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven, and experienced Varsity Boys Lacrosse Head Coach to lead and develop a competitive program aligned with the school’s Catholic and Lasallian educational values. The Head Coach will be responsible for fostering athletic excellence, character development, sportsmanship, and a positive team culture that supports the holistic growth of student-athletes.

Primary Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the Varsity Boys Lacrosse program
Plan, organize, and conduct effective practices, training sessions, and game strategies.
Develop student-athletes’ technical skills, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship.
Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined team culture aligned with school values.
Supervise and mentor assistant coaches and collaborate with sub-varsity levels to ensure program continuity.
Coordinate team schedules, equipment needs, and communication with players, families, and athletic department staff.
Ensure compliance with MIAA regulations, school policies, and safety standards.
Support student-athlete academic success and personal development.
Collaborate with admissions, advancement, and school community events when appropriate to promote the program.
Commitment to promoting multi-level program growth and collaboration.
