Boys Varsity Head Wrestling Coach at Catholic Memorial

Responsibilities:
• Lead, plan, and execute all aspects of the varsity wrestling program.
• Design and run practices that emphasize technical skill, conditioning, strategy, and sportsmanship.
• Mentor and support student-athletes in their academic, athletic, and personal growth.
• Hire, manage, and collaborate with assistant coaches.
• Organize match schedules, coordinate travel, and oversee equipment and facilities.
• Maintain compliance with MIAA regulations, school policies, and safety standards.
• Build and promote the wrestling program to encourage participation at all levels.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a wrestling coach, with prior head coaching experience strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of wrestling techniques, rules, and strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to Catholic Memorial’s values of excellence, integrity, and community.
• MIAA coaching certification (or willingness to obtain before the season).
