Spring 2026 Girls Lacrosse Tournament Brackets Released

The MIAA has released brackets and final power rankings for the 2026 statewide Girls Lacrosse tournament, which can begin as early as Tuesday, May 26.

A total of 153 girls lacrosse teams will take part in this year’s postseason, the fifth to be played under the MIAA’s statewide tournament format. In each of the four divisions, the top 32 eligible power ranked teams automatically qualify, and any eligible teams power seeded 33 or below and with at least a .500 winning percentage also are included.

The breakdown of divisions is as follows:

• DIVISION 1 GIRLS: 36 teams
• DIVISION 2 GIRLS: 40 teams
• DIVISION 3 GIRLS: 43 teams
• DIVISION 4 GIRLS: 34 teams

Brackets will be updated with date, time and site information as it is finalized.

State championship games are tentatively scheduled for Thursday, June 11 and Friday, June 12.

All games will be at the home site of the higher seed through the Round of 8. If the home team site is not acceptable the following will apply:

• Home school AD finds an acceptable site
• Lower seed will host the match
• If both sites are not acceptable, Tournament Administrator will place game at an acceptable site within MIAA site policy
• The MIAA will provide neutral sites for State Semifinals and State Finals, as defined by TMC Site Policy.
