Here is a recap of the action:

Division 1

Despite not winning a single event, Saint John’s Preparatory once again found the winning formula and took home the program’s third consecutive state championship.

The Eagles finished with 193 points to hold off a stern challenge from Westford Academy (181) and Minnechaug Regional High School (181). Xaverian Brothers High School was fourth overall (151).

Westford Academy’s strong push was led by a double-victory from senior Aiden Gouldson, who won the 50 freestyle (20.48) and 100 freestyle (45.17). The Ghosts also set the tone with their opening win in the 200 medley relay with Gouldson, sophomore Jacob Barrett, freshman AJ Aggarwal, and senior Aaron Gao (1:36.89).

Division 2

Led by a pair of wins from junior Luke Kroncke, Wayland High School held the edge in its rivalry with Weston High School and made it back-to-back state championships.
