Varsity Boys Basketball Coach - Madison Park Technical Vocational High School at Madison Park Technical Vocational High School

Plan, organize, and supervise all aspects of the varsity boys basketball program.
Develop student-athletes' basketball skills, athletic performance, leadership abilities, and understanding of the game.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined team culture that emphasizes accountability, sportsmanship, and academic success.
Coordinate and conduct practices, games, team meetings, and off-season development opportunities.
Monitor student-athlete academic progress and promote school attendance and achievement.
Work collaboratively with athletic department staff, school administration, faculty, parents, and community stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all Boston Public Schools, MIAA, league, and school policies and regulations.
Supervise assistant and sub-varsity coaches while supporting the growth and development of the entire basketball program.
Manage team equipment, uniforms, inventory, and program-related administrative responsibilities.
Maintain required coaching certifications, training, and clearances.
Serve as a positive role model and mentor for student-athletes both on and off the court.
