Varsity Alpine Ski Coach at Concord-Carlisle High School

Concord-Carlisle High School seeks a Varsity Alpine Ski coach. CCHS competes in the MassBay League and skis at Nashoba Valley Ski Area in Westford. The position is typically Monday - Thursday after school. The varsity coach is
responsible for the boys and girls teams, which total approximately 75 students. The head coach stipend is $5975 - $8664 depending on experience. There are 2 paid assistant coach positions also.

1. Responsible for all organizational matters and technical coaching instruction within the Alpine Ski program
2. Must communicate effectively with all stakeholders
3. Recommend selection of assistant coaches to the Athletic Director for final confirmation by the Principal; and evaluate coaches within the ski program
4. Participate in Mass Bay Ski League meetings and conferences and stay informed of changes in rules and regulations in MIAA and National High School Federation
5. Work with school administration, nurses, and athletic trainers on physical and emotional well-being of student-athletes
6. Assume responsibility for school facilities, including locker rooms and fitness center and keep inventory of equipment and supplies
