MS Girls Soccer Head Coach (Grades 7-8) at Millis HS/MS

1. Mandatory Legal Clearances
Before stepping onto the field, you must pass state-mandated background checks:

CORI / SORI background checks.
Fingerprint-based criminal history check.

2. Required Certifications
You will need to complete (or already hold) three standard MIAA/NFHS certifications:
NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching course certificate.
Concussion in Sports training (certified within the last 12 months).
Implicit Bias training course.
Current CPR / AED & First Aid certifications.
3. Basic Experience & Education
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Solid understanding of soccer rules and a strong ability to teach basic skills to middle-school-aged kids.
Availability for daily after-school practices and games throughout the fall season (typically 2:30 PM to 7 PM).
