Experience: Prior coaching or playing experience in the sport, with a demonstrated ability to teach and mentor younger athletes.
Teaching Ability: Strong knowledge of the sport’s techniques and a patience for instructional, developmental-led coaching.
Leadership: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a coaching staff.
Motivation: A proven ability to inspire athletes to achieve their personal best and find joy in the game.
Certification: CPR/AED/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to the season)
