JV Field Hockey Coach at Triton High School

Essential Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and conduct daily practices that focus on individual skill development, team concepts, and game preparation.
Coach and supervise all JV field hockey contests and team activities.
Promote a positive, educational, and student-centered athletic experience.
Teach and model good sportsmanship, integrity, respect, and accountability.
Work collaboratively with the Varsity Field Hockey Coach to implement a consistent program philosophy and player development plan.
Evaluate player progress and provide constructive feedback to student-athletes.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by following MIAA, Cape Ann League, and Triton High School policies and procedures.
Maintain appropriate supervision of student-athletes before, during, and after practices and contests.
Communicate effectively and professionally with student-athletes, parents, school administration, athletic trainers, officials, and the athletic department.
Assist with equipment inventory, uniform distribution and collection, and care of athletic facilities.
Encourage academic achievement, positive citizenship, and school involvement among student-athletes.
Attend preseason, postseason, and athletic department meetings as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
