Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the girls hockey program.
Develop practice plans, game strategies, and seasonal goals.
Promote skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and academic success.
Supervise assistant coaches and coordinate program activities.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, school administration, and athletic department staff.
Ensure compliance with all school, league, and state athletic association policies.
Manage equipment, uniforms, scheduling, and team logistics.
Encourage multi-level program growth and youth feeder development where applicable.
