Boston Latin School is seeking a head coach for Cross Country and Track & Field. The Head Coach for Cross Country and Track & Field is responsible for leading, developing, and managing all aspects of the program. This includes fostering a positive, competitive, and inclusive team culture while supporting student-athletes’ academic and personal growth.
Job Requirements
Previous coaching experience in cross country and/or track & field (head coaching experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of training methodologies and event-specific techniques
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to mentor and motivate high school student-athletes
NFHS/MIAA Fundamentals of Coaching course completion
CPR/AED and First Aid certification
CORI/SORI background check clearance (required for Massachusetts schools)
