Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Execute advanced practice plans and high-level in-game adjustments.
Program Development: Oversee the entire program (JV/Freshman) to ensure tactical continuity across all levels.
Culture Building: Establish a "team-first" mentality that rewards hard work and accountability.
Mentorship: Guide student-athletes in balancing academic success with athletic performance.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous high school or collegiate coaching experience preferred; club coaching experience is a plus.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern systems, defensive rotations, and specialized skill training.
Communication: Ability to provide direct, constructive feedback and maintain professional relationships with parents and administration.
Certification: MIAA coaching requirements (CPR/First Aid, Concussion Training, etc.) or willingness to obtain them.
