National Federation of High Schools Coaches Association Member
Knowledge of soccer fundamentals, techniques, tactics, and player development principles.
Previous coaching and/or participation experience.
Ability to teach, mentor, and motivate student-athletes for personal, academic, and athletic success.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with coaches, athletic department staff, and school administration.
Valid driver's license and ability to qualify under the institution's insurance carrier when operating school vehicles.
Successful completion of required background checks and coaching certifications.
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
Concussion Education Training.
