for Superbowl Playoff Football Players

Following dialogue with the Sports Medical Committee, we are allowing school principals to waive Rule 82.3.4 for individuals who are participating in MIAA Superbowls. The Committe has asserted that Rule 82.3.4 is a conditioning requirement, and that it is fair to conclude many of the athletes preparing for and participating in Superbowl games will be "fit" for wrestling competition. School leaders may provide this waiver at their discretion for "conditioned" football players.
