Wellness Resources The MIAA and the MSSAA make a difference in the lives of students. "Wellness" programs as presented ensure an enhanced quality of life. The MIAA program has been recognized nationally as on of the most innovative tobacco, drug and alcohol prevention and education programs in the country. As recipient of the National Federation's Helen Durbin Memorial Award, this program demonstrates exemplary effort in influencing school age youth toward healthier lifestyles. Leadership

tobacco, alcohol and other drug use problems. Publications and Videos -- Various educational materials and videos are
available from the MIAA office including categories such as: alcohol, tobacco, drugs,
safety, sportsmanship, nutrition, and other health related categories. Presenters
