1.  Most Tournament Forms are to be completed electronically through the Members Only section
     of the website. Forms printed in the format must be submitted via fax or mail.
2.  If a schedule and commitment form is available for a sport, ALL SCHOOLS sponsoring a
      varsity team in that sport are required to submit a schedule and commitment form by the deadline
