  • Dual County League Expansion - The Dual County League is seeking letters of interest from local high schools for the purpose of adding a 12th school.   • Northeastern Conference: The Northeastern Conference has two divisions (6 in each) by size, ranging from Winthrop with 548 students in grades 9 thru 12 to Peabody with 1894 students.   • Middlesex League Seeking Schools: In an effort to provide the most equitable oppportunities for interscholastic competition for student athletes in the member schools, the Middlesex League Principals voted in favor of expansion on February 24, 2009. The Middlesex League is now seeking letters of interest from high schools for the purpose of exploring possible expansion options and changes to the structure of the league.   • South Shore League:  The South Shore League is seeking letters of interest from local high schools for the purpose of exploring expansion options. DISTRICT D
  • South Coast Conference:  In an effort to create a more equitable experience for our student-athletes, the South Coast Conference Principals Association voted unanimously to explore possible league expansion. The expectation is that the conference would expand for the fall of 2011.
