ELIGIBILITY REVIEW BOARD

The Board of Directors delegates to the MIAA ELIGIBILITY REVIEW BOARD (ERB) all appeals from executive decisions on requests for individual student waivers of eligibility rules as well as for individual one year student contest disqualifications. The ERB is comprised of at least six principals or assistant principals, two athletic directors, one superintendent, one school committee member, one coach, and retired member school leaders. Each appeal hearing is presented before a three-member subcommittee of the ERB.
