Take Route 24 to Route 123 exit towards Brockton.  Follow Route 123 across Brockton to the east side.  After crossing over Main Street and Route 28, go under a stone railroad bridge, at the second set of lights take a left onto Cary Street (Supreme Pizza is on the corner).   Take the first right - Mystic Street - which goes into the parking lot.

From Route 18, take Route 123 towards Brockton.  Follow for about 3-4 miles past Brockton Hospital.  At the set of lights after Brockton Hospital - 4th set from Route 18, Supreme Pizza on the corner - take a right onto Cary Street, the take the first right, Mystic Street, into the parking lot.
