Edward “Ned” Doyle will join the MIAA Staff after Labor Day, filling a part-time executive position due to the retirement of Assistant Director Brian Halloran.   Mr. Doyle is completing an eighteen-year career as Athletic Director at Minnechaug Regional High School, has served as Guidance Counselor from 1992 to 1997 at Minnechaug, and from 1997 to present as Director of Adult Community Education and Recreation for the Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School District. Following a twenty-three year career as an Officer in the United States Army, Ned has provided leadership and service while serving on the MIAA District F Athletic Committee for ten years, as well as MIAA Swim Committee for eighteen years.  Ned was the recipient of the John E. Young Distinguished Service Award, presented at the MIAA Thirty-second Annual Meeting.
