Bills handed out for Swimming, Indoor Track, Outdoor Track, and Awards. Please note
that the address has changed to my home address on all bills.

a. Sec/Treas.
will be having hip replacement operation on 10/26 and be home recovering for approx. 1 month. Please call
home number (781-639-9476) starting on 10/30 and when in the hospital will have cell phone

b. Additional
NEC League Rep (for MSSADA Dist. A) to work with Jim C – when he is unable to
attend. Most
able to assist, and Jim will call the week prior to finalize.
c. Motion accepted unanimously for NEC Approval of the Co-op between Peabody (host)
and
d. All reminded of e-mail set from
Mike Muchmore to Principal & AD’s on Board 130 action for cancer.
e. Information
discussed about Middlesex league assignors meeting and sportsmanship mtg.
f. Discussion on
the Football realignment proposal discussed at the MIAA District A Mtg. All in agreement
with concern on gate distribution and playing same team twice. Will be on agenda for
November & December with any updates.
g. Motion accepted to have a sub-committee look at
restructuring within the NEC: Rob O’L, Chrm, Gary M, Mike N, John S, Scott C, &
Keith C.

i. Jim C, Bev,
asked about having a Powder Puff Jamboree (no interest), has an open date for F. Football
on 10/22, and asked who has sailing (Glo, Mrbhd) and skiing (Mrbhd).
