Distinguished Service Award Recipients

Every year the MIAA honors individuals who have made impressive contributions over the years, and have an outstanding record of service to the Association. This year Chris Lane, Karen McDonald and Anthony Romano are recipients of the 2008 Distinguished Service Award.

The MIAA is also proud to announce that Michael Deary, Athletic Director from Longmeadowl  High School has received the John E. Young Award.  This award is reserved for Athletic Directors of recognized accomplishment who also reflect extraordinary high personal values and professional standards.

Friend of the MIAA Award is going to be presented to Steve Nazro, Vice President of Special Events at TD Banknorth Boston Garden.

The MIAA would like to send their warmest congratulations to the recipients of these distinguished awards.  Each individual will be honored at the thirtieth MIAA Annual Conference and Business Meeting on April 4th at the Doubletree Hotel in Westboro.
